Alternative route

The beach under Klinten on the stretch between Liselund and Jydelejet can be difficult to pass at high tide and is physically demanding as you have to pass 2 long stairs.

You can therefore choose the alternative route which will be on the cliff edge (red circle on the map). See signs at the Liselund stairs and the stairs at Jydelejet, respectively.

Important - Alternative route

The stairs at Jydelejet are closed until further notice due to a fallen tree. Only the alternative route is open, where you don't go on the beach, but stay on the edge of the cliff. See the red marking in the picture below. This message will be removed when the stairs can be used again. Last updated October 30th 2022
